Sales Professional – Automotive

BDC Representative – Automotive

The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is a technically savvy individual who understands computers, the internet, and other technologies and who can communicate in a clear efficient way, is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's sales department goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Driving traffic for the sales department by setting appointments for prospective customers
  • Making inbound and outbound calls
  • Updating customer information
  • Following up on customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction

New Car Sales Consultant

Central Houston Nissan is seeking New Car Sales Consultants that are highly motivated and want to start or continue a rewarding and highly compensated career. We offer an excellent pay plan, weekly cash bonuses, and provide paid training. You could earn up to 10k monthly! Automobile industry experience not required but it is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
  • Build strong rapport with customers and co-workers
  • Listen to our customers to determine their needs
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Attends weekly department meetings

To qualify for this position:

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
  • Acceptable driving record
